Diane Faulkner, ACC, SPHR, is a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Michigan State University where she was introduced to Industrial/Organizational Psychology, which set her on the path of HR. She is a certified Quality Management Facilitator through Phillip Crosby Quality College. She has 17 years of corporate and 27 years as an HR consultant.

Before owning her own business, Diane was vice president of human resources for Coastline Federal Credit Union with responsibility for five facilities. There, she put into action a plan that reduced turnover from 92% to 7% in 11 months. Diane was also the director of Human Resource Programs for Reynolds, Smith, and Hills, Inc., and international architectural/aerospace/design/construction firm, where she was responsible for more than 800 employees around the nation and around the world.
